Business Schema Blueprint is a custom consulting document. If you have not submitted a brief yet, contact us through the client workspace and we will refund the unused purchase.

Once work on your blueprint has started, refunds are considered only if we cannot deliver the written document described on this site. We do not refund because you disagree with the recommendations, or because results in your business differ from what you hoped.
